Are you silently suffering perimenopause or menopause symptoms in the workplace?

Are you feeling like you are battling this alone while trying to still perform in your career?

All women in the workplace will go through perimenopause and menopause at some point in their career

Approximately 75% suffering symptoms, and of that population, 25% of those women will have severe symptoms.

It’s challenging enough to be respected alongside male peers in the workplace, but to be burdened with all the side effects of perimenopause and menopause is enough to make us want to crawl into the corner and hide from the world.

Can you relate to this?

Have you been suffering in silence, trying to keep everything under control when your body feels like it’s spinning out of control?

I’ve been there. I know. I understand.

This Isn't A Life Sentence — Just A Transitioning

When we thought we’d been through the worst of hormonal challenges in life, we then feel like we’ve been given a life sentence to hell.

Although that may sound dramatic to those who have not or who never will go through this transition in life, those of us who have lived it or are still living it, know how debilitating it is — not just in the workplace but life in general.

Do you look in the mirror and say: “Who am I looking at? That’s not me! Where did I go?”

I think it’s safe to say that all of us “PM” (perimenopause/menopause) ladies have done just that.

Our self-confidence starts slipping away.

How do we steady ourselves in a new normal, and start to thrive again?

Let’s just be clear here - you are not the same person you were yesterday.

Actually, none of us are the same from one day to the next — we are forever changing and evolving.

We have to learn to adapt, and we can do that by implementing small, doable strategies that help us to perform at the level we have been used to.

I felt very alone when I was first entering perimenopause. I was afraid that I’d lose my job for not being able to perform at the expected level.

Some of what I was feeling couldn't even be put into words. I didn't understand what was happening to me.

I was desperate for information and answers, and unfortunately my doctor didn’t have the level of information I was looking for.

I needed guidance to be able to navigate this phase of my life, and still be able to move forward. This is why, after research and my own trial and error, I created a guide for career women in perimenopause and menopause. It’s the guide I wish I had back then.

What does this mean for you?

You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

This is not some AI-generated guide. It’s written by me, a real career woman who wants to share with you what she has learned so you don’t have to figure things out for yourself.

Think of me as your friend who really gets what you are going through, because I do.

I really feel for you because I've walked your path.

Going through this made me feel more connected to other women in my age group because we are all going through our own unpleasant experiences, anxiously waiting to get through to the other side with as little battle scars as possible.

Do you want some real-life strategies that are easy to integrate into your life, allowing you to live up to the standards you set for yourself, and what’s expected of you from others?

You have spent a good chunk of your life building up your career.

You are not going to let this phase of life cause you to fall flat on your face and give up, right?

You may feel some days like just throwing in the towel, but don’t entertain such thoughts.

It’s time to take self-care to another level, but it doesn’t have to feel like hard work.

Your body deserves for you to take care of it — it’s been taking care of you your whole life. Now it needs some extra loving care to get through this stage of life.

About the Author

Created by a woman who's lived it — and had to lead through it.

I'm Jill, a senior leader in the corporate world and a lifelong researcher of health and wellbeing.

When perimenopause hit, I was managing teams, reporting to senior stakeholders, and trying to hold myself together while my body changed faster than I could keep up.

Nothing I found felt practical or clear — especially for women trying to stay sharp, capable, and confident at work.

So I created the guide I desperately needed: simple, grounded, compassionate support for women navigating the hardest hormonal transition of their lives while still carrying everything on their shoulders.
